From the beginning, Terril set a goal to achieve and maintain a reputation of value, quality, and integrity in the services and products offered by his companies. He is well-known in Snowflake and Taylor, has strong community ties, and an awesome sense of humor that will always leave you smiling.

At Kay Supply Building Center, we treat our employees AND our customers like family - that's what attracted Building Specialist Pat Bain to work with us. "The owners of Kay Supply are family and treat everyone like they are part of that family," he said. "I just love working for a company like this."
Pat spends his time helping homeowners navigate the process of new construction homes and also supports contractors, making sure they have all of the materials they need for their ongoing projects.

Codie Marshall works in inside sales and brings a wealth of industry knowledge with her from her previous position where she spent 17 years working with contractors in building supply. You can find her helping anywhere and everywhere here at Kay Supply so don't be afraid to ask her about anything building related!

Inside Sales
Kim has worked at Kay Supply for more than 3.5 years. She has always provided the best customer service to our homeowners and contractors and is currently enjoying her role in contractor sales. She takes pride in keeping track of things - making sure our contractors are taken care of quickly, and efficiently.
