1. General Returns:
- We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for most items.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Card payment refunds will take 3-5 business days to clear. Check refunds will be requested from
corporate and mailed to the customer.


2. Special Order Items:
- Special order items are products that are specifically ordered for you and are not part of our regular
inventory.
- Due to their unique nature, special order items are not eligible for return or refund.
- We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase and consult with our staff to ensure the item
meets your requirements before placing a special order.


3. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact your sales representative within 48 hours
of delivery.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a
refund.


4. Exceptions:
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or items marked as final sale, may not be
eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact our customer service for more
information.
